Dr. Raymond Douglas Chong and Generations, LLC, presented Joseph Cassanova and Amour Mystique, eclectic band of four well-known musicians, who introduced a unique set of love songs – “Amour Mystique”, in a special concert performance on Thursday evening, May 26, 2016, at the House of Rock, Corpus Christi, Texas USA. 

Amour Mystique is a new genre of music, a lush rhapsody that is a vibrant mix of contemporary and traditional melodies and lyrics. It is a hybrid fusion of East and West, China and America, and Old and New. The band vividly played love songs from their concept album – “Village of Dragon Hill — A Mystical Journey in Passion.”

Lyrics are the work of Dr. Raymond Douglas Chong, Chinese-American poet, whose poetry anthologies include Village of Dragon Hill – A Mystical Journey in Passion; Orchid Flower Love Poetry: Amorous Moods of Sensuous Passion; and Plum Blossom Love Poetry: Between Village of Dragon Hill and Gold Mountain. Musical composition by Joseph Cassanova and Amour Mystique. Band members include Joey Perez, Steve Perez and Chris Tapia, with Dr. Raymond Douglas Chong, lyricist.
